On November 27, 2024, the Women Lead Resource Center (WLRC) and New Myanmar Foundation (NMF), held an online awareness-sharing campaign to mark the Day to End Violence Against Women in the World of Work. 

The event, attended by 23 participants, including CRSV members, focused on the challenges and violence women face in the workplace, including harassment, discrimination, and systemic barriers. Discussions emphasized the need for stronger workplace policies, legal frameworks, and capacity-building programs to promote gender equality and protect women from violence. The campaign concluded with a commitment to collective action and continued advocacy for safer, more inclusive work environments for women.
